Whitchurch is a suburb of Cardiff, about 3 miles north of the city, roughly 20 minutes by train. Whitchurch is a great area to live if you are looking for convenient transport links, there is road access on the M4 and AA70, and it is also sat between two of the Urban Valley Lines rail networks.
Our estate agents love Whitchurch as it offers the best of both worlds in terms of location. You can be in the city in 20 minutes, but you are far enough out of the city to benefit from some great green spaces. If you live in Whitchurch you’ll have Hailey Park, Forest Farm Country Park and Castell Coch right on your doorstep.

A very friendly, in-depth market appraisal.
