The Bolsover Community
The stunning beauty of Bolsover Castle creates a medieval atmosphere in the market town of Bolsover. The castle was built in the 12th Century by the Peverel family and became Royal property in 1155 after the youngest Peverel son had died. Today the English Heritage are responsible for the Grade I listed building and Ancient Monument that sits on the grounds. Many flock to see the castle every year, but there is much more to enjoy while in the area. From Creswell Crags, home to Britain's only known Palaeolithic cave art and Creswell Model Village, there is much to see and learn in Bolsover. In addition, there are plenty of schools, community centres, shops, restaurants and pubs in the area, making the town an exciting town whatever your interests.

A very friendly, in-depth market appraisal. Lots of information was provided about the reason for the valuation and advice on what improvements should or shouldn’t be made if planning to sell the house soon.
