About Cobham
With a population of around 9,500 residents, this village on the River Mole is 17 miles from London and 10 miles from Guildford. Locals are served by Cobham & Stoke d'Abernon railway station and have excellent bus and road links in and out of the village. Cobham is probably best known for the historical Church Stile House that dates back as early as the 17th Century and Cobham Mill, one of the last working water mills in the county.
The Cobham Community
Cobham has an incredible sense of community spirit, with local events occurring throughout the year, including music and food festivals. In addition, plenty of children's play activities, exercise classes and community get-togethers are regularly available. The area is inundated with excellent schools, community programmes, a bustling high street and plenty of natural beauty to soak in. Painshill Park, an 18th-century garden with follies, a waterwheel and vineyard and a tea room, is a popular place amongst locals and visitors to the area. There is also plenty of variety in eateries, local conveniences and country pubs to choose from.

A very friendly, in-depth market appraisal. Lots of information was provided about the reason for the valuation and advice on what improvements should or shouldn’t be made if planning to sell the house soon. Overall a very helpful guide on what our house is currently worth. If we decide to sell we would definitely use RE/MAX.
