With a population of 6,000, the seaside village sits 16 miles from Cardiff city centre and is a popular choice for holidaymakers and weekend breaks. There are 34 beaches in Rhoose to choose from, and the idyllic area of Wales is a favourite for many in the area. Several idle limestone quarries are located south of the village; these quarries were once used to manufacture cement in the region. Nowadays, the industrial work is cleared, and the redevelopment has meant more housing for residents wishing to live in the town.
With the iconic Cardiff Castle just 13 miles away, and other popular attractions, including Porthkerry country park and Fonmon castle, just a stone's throw away, it is the perfect place to visit and enjoy. In addition, the area is popular for surfing, and many flocks join the surfing club and compete in tournaments. The village boasts local shops, a library, two pubs, community centres, and clubs.

A very friendly, in-depth market appraisal.
