St Mellons is a suburb of Cardiff, to the south east of the city. St Mellons was once a small commercial centre, within the county of Monmouthshire, but in 1974 it became part of the city of Cardiff. Now, St Mellons refers to the historic area, as well as the large and modern housing estate of the same name. The buildings in Old St Mellons are mostly 19th century, whilst most of the buildings on the St Mellons estate were built in the late 20th and early 21st century.

A very friendly, in-depth market appraisal.
