Since 2014, when I first embarked upon my career within the Property industry, I knew right away that something was wrong with the universal approach to buying, selling, renting and managing properties. Within a few years of working within a high street agency, I quickly realised things needed to shift, both for me personally and my clients.
With some solid agency experience behind me, I took the plunge into self-employment. I’ve found that people feel fear in the face of no guaranteed income, but I love every second, being self-employed and now a business owner means that my success is directly linked to the success of my clients, all I have to do is work hard so that we can both move toward our goals as allies.
My promise to you - I will work harder than anyone else. I will give you a level of communication unparalleled in the industry. I will be brutally honest and open at every step, there will be no typical estate agency exaggerations or bending of the truth, which has become so synonymous with our industry. I will use all my knowledge from being an agent, a portfolio landlord, and a person with an unquenchable thirst for reading to get us both the results we need.
I’d like to share a passage from one on my favourite books, “Secrets of a Millionaire Mind” by T. Harv Eker:
“…It’s interesting to note, however, that once you do commit, the universe will bend over backward to support you. One of my favourite passages is by explorer W. H. Murray, who wrote the following during one of the first Himalayan expeditions: Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then providence moves too. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favour all manner of unforeseen incidents, meetings, and material assistance, which no man could have dreamt would have come his way.
In other words, the universe will assist you, guide you, support you, and even create miracles for you. But first, you have to commit!”
