My name is Nicola and I work as Business Support here at RE/MAX alongside Kiran. You can come to me if you have any question and are unsure who the right person is to approach. I am based in RE/MAX’s Head Office in Wolverhampton. I support onboarding new associates like yourselves, and ensuring your training runs as smoothly as possible.
I have been at RE/MAX since August 2023. Previously, I worked at an insurance and mortgage broker for 3 years where I was a Team Leader Case Handler. I joined as an apprentice after leaving College early at the age of 17, due to COVID. My experience consists of dealing with critical illness and death claims, financial/business support, mortgage/protection administration, payroll, setting up trusts/wills, training new starters, chasing direct debits and supporting the Business Analyst/Operations Director. I enjoyed this role; however, I became stale and needed a new challenge where I can push myself into the property industry and expand my knowledge.
When I am out of the office, I’m a qualified Lash Technician, I am highly invested in the gym, I also have a horse which keeps me busy.
