Wednesfield is a town/ historic village within the City of Wolverhampton, it sits 2 miles northeast of Wolverhampton itself. Wednesfild was once part of the county of Staffordshire, but since 1974 it has been a part of the West Midlands.
Wednesfield is only a 10 minute drive away from Wolverhampton centre, so it is perfect for those who want to be close enough to commute, but far enough for some peace and quiet. The area is also only 15 minutes away from the motorway, so if you want to live somewhere with convenient access to the rest of the country, our estate agents can’t recommend Wednesfield enough.

A very friendly, in-depth market appraisal. Lots of information was provided about the reason for the valuation and advice on what improvements should or shouldn’t be made if planning to sell the house soon. Overall a very helpful guide on what our house is currently worth. If we decide to sell we would definitely use RE/MAX.
