Pattingham is a village in South Staffordshire, seven miles west of Wolverhampton. The area used to be a farming community, but gradually grew in the late 20th Century, nevertheless, the population is still only a moderate 2200.

A very friendly, in-depth market appraisal. Lots of information was provided about the reason for the valuation and advice on what improvements should or shouldn’t be made if planning to sell the house soon.
